Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Robinance is a decentralized protocol. This policy explains what limited data the web interface collects and how it is handled. Interacting with the protocol itself happens on a public blockchain.

2. Information We Collect

The interface may collect non-identifying technical data such as browser type, device information, and interface usage patterns. We do not collect names, emails, or government IDs to trade.

3. On-Chain Data

All trades, listings, and settlements occur on a public blockchain and are permanently visible. Wallet addresses and transaction histories are inherently public and not controlled by Robinance.

4. Wallet Connections

When you connect a wallet, we access your public address to display balances and route orders. We never request your private keys or seed phrase, and we cannot move your funds.

5. Cookies & Analytics

The interface may use cookies and privacy-preserving analytics to improve performance and reliability. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing core trading functionality.

6. How We Use Data

Collected data is used to operate and improve the interface, detect abuse, and maintain security. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Data Retention

Interface analytics are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described. On-chain data cannot be deleted, as it is stored on a decentralized ledger.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of interface data we hold. On-chain records are outside our control.
